Default unbelievable - child support not collected

My child supporticon case is officially registered with the state of Florida , and the case shows my ex husband owes me over $25,0000.00 in back child support. I just discovered , by accident, that last year the state of Florida bought a piece of property that he owned to widen a highway and they paid him over $ 300,000.00 !!!!! How could the state not have checked this record ??? What can I do now ??

The state does not automatically check these types of things. With the amount of money involved, you are best off retaining a private attorney to collect the arrears.
