divorce in georgia

My wife has paid a divorce lawyer some money, the wife claims that she is has not asked the lawyer to start on the divorce but, I got a bill for $3,762.00

My wife has had a secret account for over 20 years, how much is in there I don't know. I finally put a stop to the depit account that was coming our of our checking account. If the divorce happens will the judge figure this amount as to how much aliomey I will be required to give her.

I plan to pay off the house and give everything to her and just pay off my bills which are about $10,000.00.

We have two kids, on 27 and the other is in college age 20 soon to be 21.
