Child Support Question
I have two daughters, one just turned 18 a month ago, she`s in senior high and the other one turned 16 a month ago, Do I still have to pay child support
for my daughter that is 18 or could I pay half? Next year she is planning to go to Boston for college, I could pay her directly, is that correct?

child support
for the 18yo will end at high school graduation, assuming that will happen before she turns 19.
You cannot pay half and must continue to pay the other party.

child support help!!
My situation has changed, my daughter that is 18 years old is now living with me, its been two months now, since she an adult, she doesn`t want to live with her mom any longer, her mom has been abusive with her, she even called the cops on her mom, I think they gave her a warning, it has been a verbal and sometimes physical abuse, now what legal actions could I take regarding child support
? My ex is still receiving full payment of child support through SDU, my daughter is in senior high, has a part time job and next fall will be attending college. She does not want to back to her mom, she`s afraid, she feels safe and secure with me. Please give me an advise!
Thank you!

You must modify the last final judgment. That can only be done through the court.
