    Default Question concerning visitation rights.

    Currently my grandson is paying wkly child supporticon. This has been ongoing for aprox 1yr,the child support is being taken out by state of Fl. The child lives with the mother ,child is 3 yrs old. Prior to the court ordered child support order grandson was living with childs mother,and providing mortgage pymts. Does my grandson have any visitation rights?

    If the father has not already done so, he should file a Paternity action to address timesharing and parental rights.

    Default How do you get before a Judge quickley without waiting so long

    How can you get before a judgeicon quickly, It takes months and months to set a hearing date. Is there anything I can do to get there quickly?

    Many times an attorney can manage to get you in sooner. One strategy is to have the case referred to a Magistrate. That is a tactic more appropriate for an attorney because it could end up delaying the case.
