I did attached the copy of the court order with the application. The office is telling me they are giving my ex the chance to go back to court to have the ruling overturn. Is this possible. She has left the state, does not participate in anything in their children lives, does not hasn't paid her child supportin eight months, but is going round preventing our lives from moving on.
Can the office have her go back to court to try and have the judgeover turn to ruling?
Document everything (people, times you spoke to them, dates) and keep the journal in case you do go back to court. The court will more than likely be sympathetic to your situation.
I just got off the phone with CPIAP, I was told they did get in contact with my ex. She stated to the agency she is not consenting to passportapplications. They have a written authorization with her consent(notarized) and a court order, still they are saying they cannot issue the passport
as she has with drew her consent.
