Referral to General Magistrate
When you go before GM and the ex rejects you go before judge
This I know, but what happens if immediately after the recommendation from the GM you file another Contempt and another Motion which the Judge refers to the GM again. After the GM recommends again, and she rejects it again, can the Judge hear all the contempts and petitions at the same time.
I say this because immediately after being warned by the GM to start the visitation immediately otherwise he will custody to me (father). She was held in contempt. She even admitted and her new husband admitted that she will not let me see my son.
So can the Judge hear all the old and the new contempt and motion for custody?
Also, what can a GM enforce and how much can they do? I heard a GM can enforce a contempt immediately. Is this correct.

A GM issues a Report and Recommendation, which takes approx 10 - 12 days to become an enforceable order. The reason is that a circuit judge
must sign off on the report.
You can combine all your motions for the next hearing. You need to call the judge's office and ask for enough time for all motions. Then you must file a Notice of Hearing that references any motion you want heard.

Order of Referral to General Magistrate
Just realized that the judge
did an Order of Referral to GM. which means it must be heard by the GM. Correct.
Can the ex reject that, she already did....so can I still go before the GM. I figured another recommendation of Contempt would help before we went before the Judge again.
I would probably get in faster to the GM and then have two recommendations before the Judge since it takes so long?
All I know is, I still cannot see my son. Even after the GM warned her, held her in contempt, and told her he would give my son to me. She still will not adhere.
Another xmas, another thanksgiving, another birthday.
Also, there is no reason for her not to let me see my son, she did this even when we where married. She would not allow my family to see him...my dad got to see him once before he passed...is there anything else I can do....?

What are the odds of a Father getting Custody if the Ex will not allow visitation?
How long and when will the Courts realize that the Ex is continually using the Courts to stop me from seeing my Son.
