    Default Visitation

When can I deny visitation? Ex left town over a year ago. At that time the child started telling horrific stories of past visitation with his girlfriend and her children. He has returned!!!!. He has shown up at school and daycare attempting to pick up the child, fortunately the school held the child until I was notified and arrived. I have accomodated and made every attempt to keep visitation. I have spent thousands of dollars to have her attend every family function his family has had. I recently spent $800 to fly her to the next function for two days before Thanksgiving. Now he is stating it is not good enough because she will actually spend Thanksgiving with me. When can she state her wishes (14 years) she wants no overnights. Is this possible and what is the procedure. I never knew accomodating visitation would be so costly.

A 14 yo cannot end visitation on their say-so.

This is a complex and annoying issue. You cannot terminate his parentingicon time. Maybe under extreme circumstances - but this is not one of them.
