My sons father and I have been seperated(never married) since the beginning of the year. I have been recently seeing someone and he found out and is now threatening me about getting full custody of our son. He does not like the one I'm with and don't want our son around him. Can he take my son away from me? I dont have him on child support, he gets him twice a week and every other weekend. I let him see him whenever he wants. The one I am seeing now has a past and was in jail when he was 18 it's 10 years ago. My son's father is a drunk and drinks continuously, I have to sent food and drinks for my son to have when he goes to his fathers. is there anything I can do so he cant take my son from me?
