Clarification of "Infidelity" question.

I have several emails (over 2 years worth), and dialogs between my spouse and her lover, including hotel pictures and plans for hotel get a ways, etc. expressions of their feelings for each other.
Now they have been careful so far not to confirm anything at least on the pc.
My question is I don't know if this is enough to make the charges of infidelity stick, any thoughts would be most appreciated.

P.S. I have spoken to some private investagive firms, and they all seem to be a little out of my range right now @ 600.00 - 1000.00+
