Default Can I still file a default?

I was originally given divorce papers on 10/25. I responded and put in counterpetition on October 26. My husband had 20 days to respond which he did not do. He did however file a response on November 22 which is 7 days past the 20 day cut off. Can I still file for a motion of default? If not what is the next step? I just want to get this over with. I also need the contact number for the attorney you have in the Orlando office

    Default

You cannot file for default at this point because all required answers are in place.
