    Post Premarital assets

If I had $185,000 before my mariage and have never had that money in a joint account with her(checking, savings, brokerage) this would be considered a premarital asset correct? Even if $80,000 was in my checking account and that is where I get my company paychecks deposited and pay the mortgage and other bills from that account?

    The first question: yes

The second question: sounds like marital funds - subject to division.
