Imputed Income

I had been working a seconed job on the weekends for the last two years, and resigned a few weeks ago, will that income be used as imputed income to determine my child support obligation?

If you have a hearing on child support within the next year the court may impute that income to establish child support if you voluntarily left that second job. The courts look at whether you were laid off, terminated or quit to determine if you are attempting to reduce your income.
