    Default Head up my but

I recently was divorced in August this year. I was in a hurry and not thinking clearly, lots of medication. Anyway I signed a settlement that now that my head is a little more clear, I got screwed big time. Can I take my xwife back to court and rework the deal or do I have to live with what I agreed to? Any advise would be great

There are always opportunities to challenge an agreement. But in general ... you must learn to live with what you agreed to. A voluntary agreement is close to impossible to contest. The rare exception is if the other side committed fraud. But it never hurts to have your agreement reviewed by an attorney.
