Currently paying alimoney. Seven years till i reach min retirement age (55)to draw my pension check but i am going too work till 65. Can ex file a QDRO to get 50% of pension when i turn 55 even thou i am not ready to retire. Also will i have too still pay alimoney if she recives a part of pension ?
