Default Daughter's exhusband won't pay childsupport or help take care of the children

Hello, my daughter got a divorce from her husband and in the court order he is suppose to pay child supporticon and pick up the children after school and watch them until my daughter gets off from work. Well he will pick them up from school when he wants and take them to a daycare center which means she has to pay for that. He does not give her any support for the children and won't help out with any medical bills. what can she do. She does not have a lot of money because she pays for everything herself he won't even get the children a christmas gift. When he gets a job he only keeps it for two months then quit. Can she write to the courts and tell them that he is not doing what the court order is set for him to do?

If the father is not complying with their settlement agreement or the court's order(s) then the mother should file a Motion for Contempt/Enforcement and list out which orders he is breaking and how he is breaking them. She must file that motion and send a copy to the father.
