    Default Is this kidnapping?

    My ex husband has custody of the children every other weekend and I have the remaining time ( weekdays and every other weekend). Today was his second time he did not return the children to me on the day stated in the court order what can I do? Do I file a report for kidnapping

    EX husband custody time: Friday night till Sunday evening
    My custody time: Sunday night till the alternative Friday night of his weekend

    You must file a Motion for Contempt under the original case number and ask the judgeicon's office to schedule a hearing.
