    Default New Child Support Guidelines

I have (2) child supporticon cases. (1) is from 2003 and (1) is from 2009. I am going back to court to request a modificationicon to the 2003 child support amount. When I calculate my net income for the 2003 case, can I deduct the amount from my gross income for the amount I pay in child support for the 2009 case to calculate my net income or do I have to leave that amount as part of my net income? Thank you.

If the other support order is for a different child - yes, you can deduct the payment from your income.
