Hi ,
I got a big problem,to cut it short,I married a man from Turkey in feb 2009,bought a house in april 2009 cash,no mortage with inherentence money from another home,,he put me in jail 2 times for false charges to get his conditional green card in may 2010 and june 2010 after ariving in march 2010 on k3 visa
,I put the deed jointly with me after he threatened me that if i didnt he wouldnt drop the second false charges,I got scared so I did it while there was no contact order 2 months ago,,,,he movd back to the house and put a false restraint order on me too and judge beliaved it cause of my priors that were dismissed from lack of proof,so now im in the streets,,,what are my chances on getting my house back in a divorce,I know Florida is a 50 50 state,but I was scammed and so devistated,,,I loved this man how can he do this to me,,,I have been to a few attorneys and they told me I have a chance of winning my home,,is this true or are they scamming me too,,,....Thankyou,,,
