    Default Changing back to maiden name after 10 months of final judgement

    My divorce was finalized in Feb. 2010. Do I still have the option of changing back to my maiden name after this period of time?

    You can do that easily if both parties are willing to sign off on a modificationicon of the final judgment. Otherwise, you must file a name change case.
