    Default Child support

    My ex husband has taken my son on vacation. He does not want to pay childsupport for the entire month, he wants to pay only for the time he has spent with me and deduct the time he is spending with his son. Does child supporticon can be modify based on this situation?

    The child supporticon amount would not be modified based on this situation. Your ex must pay the entire support amount for that month. When an initial child support amount is calculated, the number of overnights the child spends with each parent gets factored in, including extended periods of time like vacation.
