My husband is missing I have no clue where he is for over a year been married 5 yrs. he has been ordered by Miami to be deported. How and what type of divorce do I need no children no property. Will it be hard for me?

Should be pretty easy. You will have to do something called "service by publication." It involves paying for a 4-week legal classified ad that gives notice of the divorce case.

Although the end result should be easy, you are best off using an attorney or a commercial service to put together your filing documents.

Thank you for the advise I did a packet from Broward county courts and filed them my self and the publication should be in the paper soon But how long does this action take? 4wks in paper then file motion default and default and when hearing is set is that when I will get final judge ment?????

I have a pension that I am getting my husband signed a waiver not to get monies from it and it was notorized. do I have to add that to my divorce papers with the judge????

I have the same situation as the lady whos husband is missing.Except i am a mexican citizen living in mexico.
My husband whom i left over 7 yrs ago lives in the states.
Last know location was somewhere in tampa,florida.
How do i proceed with the divorce?
Must i come to the states or can i do it online from mexico?

You should look into getting a divorce in Mexico. You would most likely run into problems if you file in Florida since you don't know where he is. To file in Florida, at least one of you has to have been a resident for the 6 months prior to filing. In your case, because you are not a Florida resident, you would have to have proof that he is a Florida resident in order to proceed with a divorce here. No, you cannot file for divorce online.
