    My wife, our 3 young children and I reside in Virginia. Recently while I was on a business trip, my wife took my children out of school and drove to Florida to her sisters house and has since stayed there the last 3 months. She had been on medication and diagnosed as an alcoholic by her doctor who recommended she go to detox.
    She now has filed a child supporticon request against me with the Florida State authority.
    I do not consider us even separated, and we have never even discussed it.
    This will probably end up in divorce, but I donīt want to loose my children nor to get sacked with payments, although I am currently unemployed.
    Please help me
