Husband's girlfriend sleeping over?

So we are in the middle of our divorce, we only have temporary orders in place, (father has 40% overnights), my child still wants his father to come home (he has asperger's so he doesn't deal with change well), and now I find out that my husband is having his girlfriend (the one he left us for) and her child sleeping over when my child is over there. And he has to share his bed with her boy. We have only been seperated 6 months. I just don't feel this is the time for introducing him to a new "family". Is there anything I can do about this?

That does not sound good.

You can file another Motion for Temporary Relief and hold a hearing. I believe the judge will act to restrict this type of activity.
