Alimony upon loss of job?

At the time the divorce was final, I waived alimony, as I was earning as much as my ex. Now I have lost my job the same month the divorce was final. Can I got back to get alimony?

If you waived alimony in an agreement and the divorce was finalized you cannot readdress alimony. Unfortunately once this type of support is waived it cannot be brought up again. If the divorce is not yet finalized you can attempt to get the agreement thrown out but that will be extremely difficult.
