Some advice needed
I am planning on getting a divorce but ran into a few roadblocks that I don't know the answers to. First a quick overview. While we were married she had cheated on me and sent me e-mails, pics, and other incriminating information. I had sent this information to a close family member to hold safely for me. Later we seperated (not a legal seperation) and she had some behaviorial health issues come to light. At the moment our children are in the temperary custody of their grandparent in-laws. During our marriage she worked and I stayed home with the children. Now I am seeing someone else while still seperated. I am not greedy and want my kids to see their mother and for her to be apart of their life. I am unemployed and have absolutely no income, property, or money hidden away. So what is someone in my situation looking at in terms of custody, child support
, and an overall outcome. Thank you for any information anyone can provide.

I see a HUGE red flag that must be fixed before you look for further answers. It is a big problem that the children are not in the care of either parent. This can bring unpredictable consequences in a divorce. You need to first fix that problem. Then you will be in a position to prepare for the next step.
