DO I HAVE CUSTODY AFTER My SON HAS BEEN LIVING WITH ME LONGER THEN 6months?

I have my son full time! His mom has alot of issues and only has my son when its good for her. I have him enrolled in school and after care all with me. I cant ever get here to work with me on anything and evertime she doesnt get her way she threatens me with court and child support and not letting see my son, but she does not do her part as a parent! She even bought him something crazy dead dolls for xmas that is for teenagers! MY son is 4 years old! WHAT TO DO!! Take her to court and do i have a case!! PLEASE HELP I TIRED OF DEALING WITH HER AND MAKING MY FATHERHOOD EXPERINCE UNENJOYABLE!! THANKS and do i have custody because he lives with me and goes to school at my address?

If you establish some sort of long term pattern that is different from the last final judgment - it will be possible to have the judgment modified to match the current pattern.
