Default New live in Boy Friend

I am currently paying child supporticon to the mother (we where never married) of my child. She has a new living boy friend that is helping her with her bills and general support. Should I ask the court to re evaluate my case based on this new situation?

No, you would not be able to seek a modificationicon. child supporticon in Florida is calculated according to statutory guidelines. The amount is based on the combined incomes of the mother and father and factors in children's expenses such as child care and health care. The fact that she has a live-in boyfriend who may be contributing to her bills has no effect on the amount you owe to help support your child.
