My ex and I have a 10 month old daughter. We were never married. He is threatening to take full custody of her and make me pay child support. I am the one who takes car of her 90% of the time. He is rarely at home with her and works long hours he also likes to go out with his friends a lot. I work only 35 hours a week. While we are both at work she is either with my parents or his parents. I am not the cleanest person in the house and he keeps trying to tell me that that is a big factor in whether or not I will get custody. What should I do? I don't want to loose my daughter obviously.

That may be a factor - but only if it is really, really bad. The obvious solution is in front of you - do a better job of keeping the place orderly.

If you are still living together - it is a bit premature for you to start worrying. Also, he has a duty to clean the house too.
