    Default grandparents rights in FL

My daughter had a baby that she is not 100% sure of the paterninty. The potential father is in jail and she no longer has any contact with him and hasnt since the beginning of the pregnancy. His parents are demanding to see the child and my daughter is not wanting to let them at this time. Can they force her to let them be involved. I know that the first thing to do is determine paternity but the father is in jail and demands that she bring the baby to him to visit and she wants nothing to do with him or his family.

In Florida there are no established "grandparent rights" however you may find the following article helpful:Grandparent's Rights and Child custody - Tampa-St Petersburg-Clearwater-Pasco-Hernando

The father's parents cannot legally demand to see the child.
