what can i do if i cant find my spouse to have them served for divorce?

You can hire an investigator to locate your spouse. You can file a Notice of Publication in the County where you were last living together as a married couple. You can have a process server company do a diligent search. There are a few options but you will have to comply with the rules in order to proceed without personally serving your spouse.
