    Default Modifying child support payments

My child supporticon was settled by me paying 100% daycare up to $600/month, and paying ex $250 bi-weekly. This amount was determined on my ex having $0 income. She has been working nearly full-time the last several months, and I need to modify my out of pocket expenses to her.

What's the process to make this modificationicon, and how do I address that some of her income is under-the-table?

The correct initial document is a Supplemental Petition for modificationicon. Unfortunately, it is similar in complication to an original divorce or paternity case.

For "under the table" income, I am afraid the proof is often difficult. You must assemble a collection of bank statements, pictures, and witnesses. I have never found an easy way to address that issue.
