    Default All in the wording?

    My divorce degree signed on Dec 16, 2005 in Florida and states child supporticon until child reaches 18 or graduates from HS prior to age 19. My son turned 18 Jan 26, 2011 and graduates May 2011. His father automatically stopped support when he turned 18. Is this legal or does he have to pay until May?

    In this situation, support will terminate at HS graduation. You have a right to enforce the unpaid support.
