Please Advice me

i've been married since august of 2009.during our marriage i was deported based on overstayed my visa.im in my home country and my husband was trying to get me back.in this time he got stressed out and he said he met with some one and he wouldnt get me back.
i am devastated emotionaly and financialy.during our marriage i couldnt start a life in my country that because he promised to me that he would take care our finance so i shouldnt be worried till come back.he has my furniture ,my money and he doesnt return any of it.i got evidences of his affair.what can i do in this sutition to fight from my country.what option do i have?
i got left with nothing and worst of it i cant come back to usa for a certain time the country i love.my husband never supported me while i was out of states he was making excuses about economy but in evidences of affair he has sending money to his lover.

You need to file for a divorce and in the petition request spousal support, for him to return your personal property etc. You will need to have him personally served the Petition for Dissolution.
