child support failure to pay
if i had lost work and become unemployed and have had to use savings to pay required support and no longer able to continue support what happens
what happens when I can no longer continue to pay child support
, i have always been set up to pay my x spouse directly and not through the government process. will she be able to get help from somewhere else? and what are my consequences for not having her support payments?

You need to file a Supplemental Petition to Modify child support
and you may want to do a support review through the Department of Revenue (DOR) Child Support Enforcement.
If you do not pay child support the DOR can request a suspension of your driver's license, professional license, and incarceration.
