Default Question - I was divorced and the judge awarded 70% of my income to my wife - how do.

use the Federal Credit law to have this ruling thrown out. I am appealing. I have shared custody and equal time with kids and I make $1172 per week - she awarded $827 total $547 alimonyicon and $280 child supporticon. What do I do?? I have filed appeal already and am preparing that now. Thanks for your help.

Something does seem out of kilter. But there is not enough info here to diagnose your situation. I would strongly suggest you spring for a short consult and strategy session. Changing your judgment at this point is a complex situation.

    Default Strategy session

What does it cost for a strategy session and how would I do it?

Normally that can be contained within one hour of time. The cost would be $285. Please give us a call if you would like to schedule that time. 800-469-3486
