Default Calc Child Supp on Gross before or after deducting current alimony from curr. wife

"I have a non-modifiable alimonyicon court order from my most recent marriage...

An old relationship from many years ago , not from a marriage, is turning into a problem of a paternity suit against me. I paid a lot of money over the years to the woman to protect my family in the small community from being hounded for money . paternity was never established. no court orders for child supporticon yet.

If she pursues this through the system and successfully establishes paternity: would the court calculate child support on my gross income before or after deducting the amount of my current alimony order? "

When alimonyicon or child supporticon is court ordered that will be taken into account for any new child support order. Make sure to show the amount ordered when you file your financial affidavit.
