    Default Non biological child interferring

I am going through a divorce. My ex & I have a 3 year old daughter that is our biological child together. My ex has a 13 year old boy that is not his biological child, but he has been playing dad to every other weekend and has now combined both kids into same weekend.
I do not want our 3 year old daughter around this kid.
I have told my ex that he needs to spend his parentingicon time with his daughter ONLY.
Ex will not agree. I am concerned with this situation.
Is there any way to have a judgeicon order that parenting time is with one child only.
I put in my parenting plan that I was concerned for our daughter's healthy emotional development, and I'm requesting that the 13 year old boy not be around our daughter.
Do you know of any cases where judges have agreed to this?
    Thank you.

A judgeicon is unlikely to give you what you want unless there is some sort of HUGE potential harm to your child. And it cannot be a "he said - she said" type of situation. There must be substantial proof of the potential harm.

Default Ex obsessed w/non biological child interferring

What if I have emails from non biological childs teachers discussing behavior problems, and copy of kids myspace account where he is posing as a much older man and has numerous women as friends that are much older than him.....my daughter is only 3 years old, I am just trying to protect her from something happening. There has to be a way to protect her before, rather than waiting for something to happen. My ex is obsessed with this kid that is not his, and now after a weekend with them they went out on my ex's boat (which does not have a bathroom) and when I asked my daughter where did she go potty she said with this kid. This is not acceptable to me, my ex disagrees with me. I find this to be a very serious issue.

I still do not think you will get what you want.
