    Default Back child support

My son grew up with his mom in Florida. We had a verbal agreement on child supporticon that I was paying consistently until he turned 18. Once he turned 18 he moved in with me Ohio. Now his mom is threatening to take me to court over back child support as she is angry that he left her. I did the child support calculations years ago and we were pretty close to what the formula dictates but I might be off by a little bit.
We have no court order. Since he is already 18, can she still get a court order and do I need to be worried about this?

If she never filed a suit prior to his reaching age 18 and you are not bound by a prior court order then she cannot file for child supporticon (unless he has been adjudicated dependent).
