    Default Attorney issue and fees

    1) No offense anyone, but I have a male attorney and I brought to his attention that I am detecting some male/fatherly sympathy. His responses to situations don't come across as "this is what the other side might say". If it continues to happen I will have to sever ties. I want to make sure my best interests are fully represented regardless.

    2) Also, we were only married for 10 months before separating (Domestic Violence). I stayed at home. No income. How likely is it that estranged husband would have to absorb my attorney fees, some if not all?

    Thanks!

Attorney fees depend in part on your relative incomes. They also depend on the merits of the case. More info is needed.
