Default My ex husband is not my son's father.

My ex husband and I have been separate since 2007 - We never filed a divorce because we we both very tight financially. I have a boyfriend now and we have a child together. I am still legally married to my ex. I chose not to disclose my husbands information on my son's birth certificate, because my husband wasn't the father. I still haven't been able to put my boyfriend on his BC. I want to go ahead and file the divorce, what's the quickest way to do this. My ex and I are both in the same city and willing to sign the divorce together - no assets.
    Any suggestions??? Thank you.

You definitely need an attorney in your particular situation. Your legal spouse is the default parent because the child was born during the marriage. You have to sever that connection in your divorce filing. It definitely is do-able, but must be done carefully and correctly.
