    Default Moving out of State

I have relocated to SC because I remarried and I have custody of my kids but my wife lives in FL and refuses to sign to allow me to take my kids out of state. However she will not take them. Is there anything I can do in the interim until I can go to court to get approval for permanent relocation of them. Please help me I am at my wits end.

When a parent who has primary residential or majority responsibility with the minor children and that parent would like to relocate more than 50 miles from the residence used in the Final Judgment, they must abide by the Relocation Statute. See Relocation of Children

You can view the statute at http://www.lrcvaw.org/laws/flrelocation.pdf. Make sure you comply with the statute when you file for relocation.
