    Exclamation minimum wage

    If dad is on unemployment ad mom (custodial parent) earns less than minimum wage, isn't the support determined based on both parents earning minimum wage? If so, to what can I reference as this goes to mediation next week?

    Yes, in this situation I would use minimum wage. You can look up prevailing figures on the internet.
