    Default need quick advice!!!

    My mother left my father 3 years ago. She was cheating on my father and moved with the man she was seeing. Now after being gone for 3 years not living with my dad she wants to take half of my dads properties. Her and my father are still married. Does she have any legal rights to any properties now that she's been gone commiting adultery for 3 years?

    Yes, she still has some sort of right to her share of the assets.
