Default is it to late? what can i do?

I divorced three years ago and he has not seen or talked to the boys no more than a handful of time, and only by the eldest request to see him. At the time of the divorce there were no medical, dental or daycare expenses but when i was to incur them then he was to pay his halves directly to me, which he refuses to do. he does cover their medical and dental ins. and i receive 190 every two weeks but it has not been enough i have been forced to live with my parents to make ends meet. Can i still pursue him for the unpaid expense for the last three years and is it possible to have the child supporticon modified to include the daycare, summer camp and athletic activities the kids are involved now. the missed income is beginning to seriously catch up to me and he has said and shows no sign of helping un less forced.

    Default

    Daycare - yes.

    Medical - yes

    Dental - yes

Summer camp and athletics - probably not

Expenses for last three years - maybe not

You just need to push forward and see what a judgeicon says.
