    Default Divorce in Pinellas

    If my husband and I sign all the papers all at once to file, how long will it take for the divorce to go through in Pinellas county? We agree on everything, we have one child and have been married for 6 years.

    I would say 90 - 150 days, depending on if you use an attorney. Attorneys tend to have more control over scheduling.
