Been seperated since Sept. now he wants counciling

We have been seperated since Sept. Haven't communicated since Nov.
Now he tells friends he won't divorce without counciling.
We had counciling before seperation. He came to one but refused others and I went alone.
Can the court order counciling of us when I just want divorce? I have witnesses to his neglect and abuse of me.
Can the judge order me to try again??
I want nothing to do with him.

He will have to Motion the court for counseling and you will have a chance to file a Response stating that you Object and that you tried it before and it will not change the outcome.
