Just got served question
So she is requesting mandatory disclosure from the get go here. I am a partner in a corporation and she thinks there is more money in the company than I am letting on but there isn't.
Be that as it may, line 11 of the mandatory disclosure petition says that I have to supply corporate tax returns for the last three years if I have an ownership interest in the corp. of greater than 30%. My share of the company is actually 25% as written in an audited shareholders agreement. The company is a non-marital asset as it was bought and closed on before we were married. Does that mean I do not have to gather the corporate returns and instead would just have to supply my personal returns?

If the question asks you to provide something that you cannot provide or is not applicable to you then you can write Not Applicable or None. It would be wise to review your answers with an attorney to ensure you answer correctly.
