    Default Custody Evaluator

I am filing a motion for Custody Evaluation.
My ex is ignoring huge safety and hygene issues for our daughter who is only 3 years.
My ex is fighting for 50/50 custody.
He has not turned in his parentingicon plan, is he required to do so? I turned in mine, and we have mediation in a couple weeks.
Can you please give me some information on what to expect throughout the process of a Child Custody Investiagtion here in Tampa, FL.

    Thank you in advance.

A parentingicon plan proposal is not required for mediation.

You must first make sure custody evaluations are available, and at what cost. Most jurisdictions are cutting back or eliminating that program.
