    Default Evaluator's report

The FL judgeicon just denied the evaluator (who interviewed both parents and the child prior to a previous hearing) to re-interview parents and child because we are within 30 days of the trial. This will hugely impact the outcome of the case, in part because the judge may not allow the previous evaluator's report to be resubmitted. Do we have any recourse?

The judgeicon has the right to regulate the timing of new evidence. Also, the policy is to restrict the number of times children are interviewed by professionals.

It would seem that your only recourse is to try to delay the trial. Most likely you would need the consent of both sides first.
