Getting Payroll Information

My ex has refused to send me her financials and has ignored a Compel to Produce order. Can I obtain her payroll information either through Florida's open records law or by subpoena? It would be better to use her actual earnings rather than median wage as it would greatly reduce my support obligation.

You can subpoena the records. You will need to make a subpoena and have it signed/stamped by the clerk of court. Then you need to have it served by a process server.
